Law And Order

 LAWLESSNESS AND CHAOS

To understand how humans can make mistakes, then not accept the mistakes have been made, one first needs to look at the variables which humans rely upon for making their decisions.

Decisions get made because of time and resources.

We justify our decisions with a fall-back on ‘expertise’ badges, to validate our decisions.

We use badges so others can agree without question.

Here’s the common terms used:

‘I’m in charge’

‘I know best’

‘I’m qualified’

‘I’m a lord, I’m a judge, I’m a leader.

The money we’re paid and the status awarded to us – are all confirmation loops.

We believe we’re more important, more intelligent and therefore more qualified to make decisions.

We all do it.

Humans are pattern readers.

Humans ARE artificial intelligence.

Humans use patterns to establish a world viewpoint.

Humans are reluctant to change their established viewpoint – because it’s taxing on resources.

Ask a child what they sense and perceive.

You’ll get an honest answer.

Often, the simple observations of an innocent (a child or a ‘fool’), conflicts with our own views.

Which view is the right one: ‘informed’ view or the observed one?

The more training a human has, the better the patterns are formed.

Pattern forming is created over time, through repetition of tasks.

These pattern formations can become ‘habits’ and ‘skills’ – both a curse and a blessing.

The same pattern formation principle applies to muscle memory when performing sports or playing an instrument, just as these principles apply to decision-making in court.

Unfortunately, the human being is inherently ‘lazy’. It has desires and needs to be met, with only limited energy resources to fulfil its desires and needs – so it cuts corners.

Sometimes a fast response can benefit outcomes – but more often than not, cutting corners is a curse, because it allows people to make assumed decisions, not based on observable, measurable fact.

Humans have developed a way of processing information, to optimise the body and mind’s resources, so there can be more ‘downtime’ or ‘me-time’ or ‘social/fun time’ – with fewer resources allocated to work-time.

Feedback loops are the body’s way of processing information, where checks are carried out by the body’s quality control management systems. There are billions of bits of information coming through the senses at all times. To function in this world of information, the body’s filtering system needs to pick up the patterns that are most important – so the brain switch or  ‘Vegas nerve’, can decide if switching to type 1 or type 2 brain function is going to provide the best solution.

Type 1 – fast brain

Pre-learned patters. This is where academia helps the brain cope with complex information in a quicker time frame, by accessing stored patterns – like grabbing a tool from a shelf. This brain function aids with fight/flight decisions, which have been pre-learned through life experiences. The Ego, serves as warehouse manager, assisting with the location of tools, to protect the organism. The ‘Ego’ functions as our bodyguard, our PR agent, and our publicist and can be likened to a boxing trainer in your corner or sergeant major in battle. The Ego can be likened to ‘someone in the way of progress, stating: ‘I don’t make the rules’.

Type 2 - slow brain

Critical thinking. This brain mode requires full bandwidth to work out complex puzzles, logical solutions and weighing-up of credible information, so it can determine if true, correct, right – moral and just. There are not enough hours in a day for using type 2. All other processes need to take a back seat, parked, reduced in priority or skipped altogether. This brain function is best suited to calm environments and where the many ‘what ifs’ and ‘how’s and ‘why’s’ can be properly looked at.

Brain function switches

Blood sugar is a key determining factor in how good decisions are made. Blood sugar levels fluctuate and without being aware of energy levels becoming depleted, the Ego and Vegas nerve, will act autonomously to decide on switching between type 1 and type 2 brain function. This is where stress on the systems is avoided – and again the ego kicks in to over-ride the intelligent inner-voice.

The ego will tell the organism that corners need to be cut, to reduce the cognitive load, so the other functions of the body can perform well, without harm. The times when our best decision and worse decisions are made – can be pinpointed around meal times and waking/sleeping states.

Judges do not get enough time to process large amounts of information.

Judges have advisors, who don’t have enough time to process, digest and properly advise judges.

Depending on the case, the time of day, the refreshments had/not had – decisions are reached in a court room based off biological, human AI factors – which is where the ego convinces the organism to fast-track decisions by by-passing type two critical thinking.

This is a problem.

And it is getting worse.

The problem is getting worse because of an over-reliance on technology, a disregard for the time needed in critical thinking exercises and the fallacies of human thought processes (fast response preferred), with false information being shared and promoted as correct, allowing for inversions of truth – which then become new patterns of thought shared within society.

Because humans do not like change (the Ego again) – patterns formed off inverted truth principles, become the go-to solutions – and we then have lawlessness, corruption, self-deceit allowing crimes to be committed by those very people employed to lead, advise, adjudicate and uphold the laws underpinning a well-functioning society.

We can witness the human condition at its worse in those people within prominent positions, – those held up as ‘experts’, ’scholars’, ‘leaders’ and ‘scientists’.

We can observe humans at their best, when relaxed, happy, well-fed, well-nurtured, well-exercised and connected to the world around them. Yogis, mystics, spiritual teachers and the humble ‘fool’.

The problem again – is that those who have become unbalanced, by continually allowing Ego-backed decisions, by ignoring truths, by effectively re-programming their moral compass (like stroking a pin on a magnet to face South instead of North) – THESE PEOPLE HAVE BECOME INVERTED TO TRUTH.

To see how sick society has become – through ignore-ance of facts, choosing efficient brain switches over employing critical analysis – suggested reading ’180 Degrees’ Feargus O’Connor Greenwood.

In this book, the reader will discover some inconvenient truths.

The reader will learn to question their own thinking.

The reader will question the ‘leaders’ more (and question the motivations of the establishment.

The reader will grow as a human being.

The reader will pursue an honest life and attempt to show other the way.

The reader will be better placed to pass any judgement.

Truth

We can ‘feel’ truth.

Our feelings and emotions are feedback loops from the senses.

Our three Tan Dian’s – brain, heart and gut – are required for being the best version of ourselves.

Feeling truths is how we align to natural law. Perfection.

Kinesiology is based off teachings from Daoist, Buddhist, Christian, Sufi, Pre-judean Pagen/Celtic Natural laws. The inner voice – our spiritual intelligence and alignment to our environment. It’s been called ‘The path to bliss’, is a way to measure perfection and order.

There are energetics which align to ‘creation’ fields (seen as the Golden Ratio and Phi).

Nature follows these codes – that’s why it is Natural Law. If we follow our hearts and instincts more – the ills of society, will be greatly diminished – reversed and uprighted again. Laws will be followed naturally.

The opposite to truth is non-truth, disintegration and Chaos. Mental illness – including psychopathy, stems from inversions to truth – which is anti-nature and anti-human or anti-cristos.

You’ll have to do your own research what the anti affect are. One can identify the lost by looking in the eyes. This is why people attending court, need to do so in person and will need to meet the judge’s eyes.

Clicking the kinesiology link above, is the first video of a simple person’s understanding.

Whatever your opinion of the featured person (Holly) – her assessment of the phenomena has child-like innocence for realising the benefits to her and not following other people’s opinions. That’s where great change happens in our lives - we learn to take control of our bodies, intuitively to reverse the habitual patterns in ‘thinking’ – which can be based off falsely-held beliefs.

I encourage everyone to read the following three books to see where self-deception results when we don’t use intuition, don’t follow our heart and don’t listen to the inner voice - the REAL ‘I’.

The Folly of Fools’ – Robert Trivers

Thinking Fast, and Slow’ – Daniel  Kahneman

Power vs. Force’ – David Hawkins

Thank you for reading this far.

I will now reveal where the above information is relevant to law.

Please read below to see how false patterns of thinking, result in false speed readings, false assumptions about the reliability of equipment that took the false readings and false convictions based on the same false ideologies of technology always being reliable.

Science reveals these truths

– Time is not constant, time is relative

– The speed of light fluctuates

– Atomic clocks need to be calibrated and adjusted to allow for time drifts

– Digital clocks, not connected to the internet, will gain or lose time

– Atmospheric conditions affect light, sound and frequency

– Frequency and vibration form the reality we perceive as real via the senses

– Everything perceived as reality is relative to the individual observer

– Humans are biological computers (formed by the programming of the Ego)

– Humans are more intelligent than they realise (higher self meditation, listening to inner voice)

– Truths require context

– Truths will change as new information comes to light

– Knowledge alters perspectives of truth

– Quartz crystals emit a pulse

– Computers use pulses, to determine the ‘clock speed’ of a processor

– Crystal pulses fluctuate with atmospheric conditions, frequency pollutions and proximity to energies

– Atmospheric conditions in a box (computer or camera housing) will affect crystal, affect pulse cycle, affect processor speeds.

– Digital, electronic equipment, is reliant on hertz measurements being constant

– Electricity Hertz is set at 50Htz or 60HZ

– Electricity Hertz readings fluctuate

– Digital clocks reliant on electricity for Hertz measurements, will gain or lose time

– Camera shutter speeds are reliant on timings determined by either a mechanical or a digital means

– Mechanical shutters have moving parts which require lubricant and a dust-free environment to perform accurately.

– Digital shutters are reliant on electrical, crystal pulses and the accuracy of cycles are reliant on retaining a steady pulse within sustained environmental conditions.

– Digital equipment has a lifespan affected by environmental conditions

– Digital and electronic equipment will deteriorate in speed, accuracy and overall performance, when subjected to sustained periods of stress

– Digital, electronic equipment, contains many metals, plastics, crystal and silicon components, with delicate connectors, that are all affected by heat, moisture and other environmental conditions

– Digital, electronic components has components which expand and retract with heat

– Digital, electronic components fail to perform accurately when resistance increases ad through continued stress, will lose plasticity for retraction to an optimal state.

According to multiple sources online, from digital camera and electrical equipment experts, there are many ways a Gatso camera unit can fail – which according to ChatGP enquiry, reveals examples cited below in bold:

• Calibration Issues: If the camera is not properly calibrated or maintained, it may produce inaccurate readings. Regular calibration checks are essential to ensure accuracy.

• Environmental Factors: Certain environmental conditions can interfere with the radar signals used by Gatso cameras… extreme temperatures might affect the accuracy of the readings.

• Interference: Electronic interference from other devices or nearby radar sources can disrupt the camera's ability to measure speed accurately.

• Multiple Vehicles: Gatso cameras can struggle to distinguish between vehicles, resulting in incorrect readings.

• Vehicle Size and Shape: The size and shape of a vehicle can affect the radar reflection, leading to speed measurement errors.

• Operator Errors: The person operating the camera may make mistakes in setting it up or analyzing the results, leading to false readings.

• Malfunction: Technical malfunctions or software glitches can lead to erroneous readings.

More from ChatGP on Digital cameras (edited):

The main issues with computer processors – which determine the effective operations, timings and reliability of readings – as shown in this ChatGP processor enquiry reflecting the same issues with equipment – if not properly maintained to high level.

Much like computers digital cameras are prone to the same electrical faults. Shutter speeds are determined by the same crystal/silicon pulse hertz in processors, which can be defective from new, pulse irregular frequencies due to quality and deteriorate over time, due to the same environmental factors, ie. sustained periods of heat/cold. All electrical components will be subject to the same conditions, plus with mechanical shutter mechanisms in older cameras, wear and tear occurs with prolonged use. As a result, digital cameras may become less reliable, leading to inconsistent shutter speeds or even shutter failure.
